The stage adaptation of 13 Going on 30 is getting its very own cast album.
The show recently made its world premiere at England’s Manchester Opera House.
Lucie Jones took center stage as Jenna Rink, joined by David Hunter (Matt Flamhaff) and Grace Mouat (Lucy Wyman).
The star-studded adult cast was rounded out by Caleb Roberts, Andrew Berlin, Dominic Andersen, Ross Dawes, Suzie McAdam and Iván Fernández González.
A premiere cast recording will drop in Spring 2026, the show’s production has confirmed, with an exact release date to be announced.
Fans of the 2004 rom-com will recognize the plot: Jenna Rink, our awkward 13-year-old protagonist, makes a birthday wish that launches her into adulthood overnight.
She wakes up as a thirty-something magazine editor, finds her life far from simple, and has to figure out what really matters – all set to a brand new score.
The stage musical comes straight from the film’s original writing team – Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa, with songs by Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner. Direction is in the hands of Andy Fickman.
