Disney is turning Zootopia into a stage musical.

A new 90-minute version of the hit animated film is currently in development for regional theaters, with plans to eventually roll out professional and amateur licensing.

According to a recent Equity audition notice, the musical will feature a book by Sara Wordsworth, music and lyrics by Jaheem Toombs, and additional material from Matte Martinez.

Connor Gallagher is set to direct, with Ian Weinberger serving as music supervisor.

Roles currently being cast include fan favorites like Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Chief Bogo and Dawn Bellwether.

Zootopia, which premiered in 2016, was a huge hit for Disney—earning over $1 billion at the global box office and winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.

The movie followed rookie bunny cop Judy Hopps and sly fox Nick Wilde as they worked together to solve a mystery in the animal metropolis of Zootopia.

There’s no official word yet on when the musical will premiere, but the development is already underway.
