Hadestown is gearing up for a fresh start in the West End as a new cast is set to step into the underworld at the Lyric Theatre from March 10, 2026.
Rachel Adedeji will take on the lively role of Persephone, bringing her own energy to the spring queen.
Joining her is Bethany Antonia, who has been cast as Eurydice, and Marley Fenton as Orpheus – the unlucky-in-love musician.
Alastair Parker will play the stern ruler Hades, with Clive Rowe taking on the sly character of Hermes.
Rounding out the principal cast, Spike Maxwell joins Melanie Bright and Lauran Rae as the mystical Fates.
Gabriela Benedetti joins the team of Workers, alongside Femi Akinfolarin, Michelle Andrews, Ollie Bingham and Sebastian Lim-Seet.
Juan Jackson, Oisín Nolan-Power, Lindo Shinda, Jasmine Triadi and Milly Willows are lined up as swing.
Fans will have more chances to catch the show – tickets are now available through December 13, 2026.
Hadestown boasts music, lyrics, and book by Anaïs Mitchell, with direction by Rachel Chavkin.
Now entering its third year in the West End, the acclaimed show reimagines the timeless tales of Orpheus and Eurydice and that of Hades and Persephone.
