The sizzling new West End production of Cole Porter’s Kiss Me, Kate at London’s Barbican Theatre is set to be filmed and released later this year.

With just over two weeks left of its strictly limited run, theatre lovers still have a chance to catch the show live, but those who miss out can experience the magic on the big screen later this year.

The recorded performance of Kiss Me, Kate will be released from 17 November 2024 in cinemas across the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia and selected international
territories. For dates and tickets, visit KissMeKateCinema.com.

Adrian Dunbar, making his musical theatre debut, and Broadway superstar Stephanie J. Block lead the cast as Fred Graham/Petruchio and Lilli Vanessi/Katharine.

They’re joined by Charlie Stemp as Bill Calhoun, Georgina Onuorah as Lois Lane/Bianca, Hammed Animashaun and Nigel Lindsay as the comically brilliant gangsters, and Peter Davison as the General.

“The overwhelming response to Kiss Me, Kate has been nothing short of extraordinary,” said producer Howard Panter. “We’re thrilled to bring this production to an even wider audience through the magic of cinema.”

Final tickets for the Barbican run are now on sale at KissMeKateMusical.com. Details of the cinema release date and participating venues will be announced soon on KissMeKateCinema.com.
