Musical Con Sets 2026 Dates for Fifth Anniversary

A performance on Musical Con's main stage

Musical Con has confirmed it will return to London for its fifth anniversary in 2026.

Known as the world’s largest convention for musical theatre lovers, Musical Con 2026will take place on Saturday, October 17th and Sunday, October 18th.

Once again, ExCeL London at Royal Victoria Dock will set the stage for this massive fan event.

Last year, over 10,000 attendees filled the halls, enjoying spectacular moments like surprise reunions and headline performances.

Highlights from the 2025 event included original Starlight Express cast members joining the opening ceremony, a rare duet by Shanay Holmes and Kerry Ellis as two legendary Nancys, and concert sets from Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney.

Fans also saw beloved casts from Bonnie & Clyde, Clueless, and Heathers reunite for memorable appearances.

This fifth anniversary is shaping up to be the most ambitious yet.

Expect large-scale opening and closing ceremonies and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the world of musicals.

Early Bird tickets are already available, with day passes starting at £45 and weekend access at £75.

Shanay, co-founder and recent Nancy in Oliver!, said: “There are so many things that make this event unique, but it’s the fans who make it magical. Musical Con is such a joyous, inclusive space where the entire community comes together – it is their home, the place where they belong, and we are incredibly proud of that. Five years is an amazing milestone, and we’re going to give it the celebration it truly deserves!”

Details on special guests, programming, and anniversary-specific surprises are promised in the months ahead.
