Fans of everyone’s favorite marmalade-loving bear, rejoice!
Paddington The Musical isn’t just taking over London’s West End, but it’s making waves with a cast album.
Producers Sonia Friedman, STUDIOCANAL, and Eliza Lumley Productions have confirmed that the original cast recording will land on Decca Records in March 2026, with collectible vinyl editions arriving in May.

The album was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and features the full West End cast and orchestra. Pre-sale is open now, with full details at the musical’s website.
To tease what’s ahead, a behind-the-scenes extract of the brand-new song Rhythm of London has also been released, giving fans a taste of the show’s vibrant musical style.
The show recently extended its run through October 2026, with thousands of seats available at accessible prices – tickets start at £25, and over 45,000 seats will be available for under £40.
In another move to broaden access, a new £35 stall seat lottery is open for all performances, even for sold-out shows.
The first draw runs on December 3 for shows in January, with monthly draws after that
Paddington The Musical has music and lyrics by Tom Fletcher, a book by Jessica Swale, and direction by Luke Sheppard.
The story draws from Michael Bond’s classic books and the 2014 film, combining new show-stopping songs, choreography, and, naturally, plenty of marmalade-fueled mayhem.
Paddington’s legacy has spanned books, animation and blockbuster films.
Now, with this big-hearted new musical and its soon-to-be-released cast album, it looks like fans around the world have even more reasons to celebrate everyone’s favorite bear from Peru.
