Cynthia Erivo and Misty Copeland have teamed up once again, this time for a breathtaking live performance of No Good Deed.
Ahead of the release of Wicked: For Good, a new released music video strips the song back to its core, with Cynthia’s powerful vocals soaring over a simple arrangement of violin and cello.
As she sings, Misty brings the music to life through an expressive dance choreographed by Kyle Abraham, marking her first public performance since retiring from the American Ballet Theatre.
The pair previously collaborated in 2016, when they joined forces for an impromptu “Summertime” performance.
Wicked: For Good premieres on November 21, starring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda, alongside a star-studded cast that includes Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum and Peter Dinklage.
